Do you offer Flexible Payments?
Yes. You can split your rent into smaller payments through Livble.

The View at 62nd offers one, two, and three bedroom apartment layouts, including 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, and 3×2 floor plans. Contact our leasing team for current availability.
What is the typical rent range?
Apartment pricing typically ranges from approximately $840 to $1,113, depending on the floor plan, availability, and lease terms. Please check current pricing online or contact our office for the most up-to-date rates.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?

What do I need to apply?
Applicants will need a valid ID and one month of recent paystubs. Our team can walk you through the application process and let you know if anything else is needed.
What are the credit requirements?
Credit history is reviewed through RealPage LeasingDesk. Applications must return an “Approved” or “Approved with Conditions” result to be approved for move-in.
How long does approval take?
The approval process typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on how quickly all required information is received.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, co-signers or guarantors may be accepted. Please contact the leasing office for details.
What upfront fees should I expect?
New applicants can expect a $50 application fee and a $100 administrative fee.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included. Residents pay an $85 monthly utility fee.
Are there additional monthly fees?
Additional monthly fees may apply based on your needs, such as pet rent or optional storage.

No, amenities are not open 24 hours. The rooftop lounge is open until 6 PM.

The move-in process is designed to be simple, with paperwork completed electronically for convenience.
