The View at 62nd offers one, two, and three bedroom apartment layouts, including 1×1, 2×1, 2×2, and 3×2 floor plans. Contact our leasing team for current availability.

Apartment pricing typically ranges from approximately $840 to $1,113, depending on the floor plan, availability, and lease terms. Please check current pricing online or contact our office for the most up-to-date rates. 

Yes, flexible lease options may be available. Please contact the leasing office to review current lease term options. 

Applicants will need a valid ID and one month of recent paystubs. Our team can walk you through the application process and let you know if anything else is needed.

Credit history is reviewed through RealPage LeasingDesk. Applications must return an “Approved” or “Approved with Conditions” result to be approved for move-in.

The approval process typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on how quickly all required information is received. 

Yes, co-signers or guarantors may be accepted. Please contact the leasing office for details.

New applicants can expect a $50 application fee and a $100 administrative fee. 

Utilities are not included. Residents pay an $85 monthly utility fee.

Pet fees include a $200 pet fee per pet, a $200 pet deposit, and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. 

One of the standout amenities at The View at 62nd is the rooftop lounge, offering residents a unique place to relax and enjoy the view. 

The rooftop lounge is a signature feature, with views that include the Chiefs Stadium area. 

No, amenities are not open 24 hours. The rooftop lounge is open until 6 PM. 

Residents have access to open-space parking in the back parking lot. 

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
